However carrying the Bluetooth on my briefcase strap caused me to lose the earbud cover. Without it, I am unable to use the product.

I use it in the car and at home when I need my hands free. If I know it's going to be a long call and I still need to get a lot of stuff done I put it on and it enables me to go about my business.
