After the 4th time thru the washer it gave out. The Bluetooth sounds clear and my voice sounds clear on the other end. Well worth the money that I paid for it.

I got this third one because when I went from my Samsung phone to my IPhone, it never worked right with the switch. It would disconnect from my phone at any given time and sometimes the person on the other end couldn't hear me. Plus, after you've owned it for awhile, it doesn't hold a charge- you have to keep the charger close by to recharge before the day is over. That's a hassle. I keep purchasing this model over and over because when it works, it's clear, and does the job. It's ADEQUATE.

Disappointing results

Unfortunately that is not the case with this unit. It comes unpaired from an Apple phone in the middle of phone calls, and doesn't always automatically pair when powered on. Sometimes you have to turn it off and back on for it to pair. When paired, the sound quality is good, and the unit does provide good voice prompts and battery levels via the phone screen.

Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue.
To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.
If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if it's on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty. Great Bluetooth
