when i bought this one the price was right, and i needed one now. The item works fine, although doesnt cancel out as much sound as i thought it would. Connects easily and does cancel out some sound.

I purchased this Bluetooth headset on my birthday for a gift for my self, and it was the perfect gift to my self. It is so easy to setup and when I'm talking to someone they say that they can hear me clearly. Love it, no more holding my phone up to my head.

I was looking for a bluetooth headset that would get tangled up in my hair. So far this one has worked perfectly for what I need. Plus I'm not having to use the over-the-ear attachment.

I bought this headset to replace my last Plantronics headset that I unfortunately lost. The headset is pretty good but could be better. It’s supposed to allow you to answer your calls by saying “answer” but that doesn’t ever seem to work. Also, the usb strap it comes with is a great idea, to keep from losing the headset, but my strap broke at the usb end, making the usb strap unusable. The call quality and functionality of the headset is really good. The other couple of issues results in me giving only 3 stars.

It's good product, but only issue i face is, whenever the distance between phone and headset is more than 10 ft, the voice clarity is lost. Not sure if its the problem with only Nexus 5x phone.

This Bluetooth device for hands-free usage on your phone works wonderfully. Only complaint is that it causes extreme soreness in the ear not noticed until removed or used.

I needed something basic, mainly for work! I chauffeur for a living. Product is reliable, and charges up pretty quick. I think it’s a great value at $60.00

Clear sound, no glitches at this time. Bought 2 year protection plan because most likely I will need a new one before the two year plan ends.

Great overall Bluetooth like others from this brand. Comfortable to wear, only drawback is the battery life. The Marque and Marque 2 from plantronics were better but this wasn't so bad.

I like this bluetooth. But it just stopped working properly one day. I haven't figured out what went wrong with it yet. It wont stay connected to my phone and it is fully charged.

This is my second Plantronics earpiece and its ok. The charge life is only seven hours. I kept experiencing connecting/disconnecting issues with my iPhone 5 and iPhone 7 Plus.

This device allows you fully use my phone hands free like it is supposed to be. Also great for listening to radio or getthe directios from gps. Answer most question through google, makes calls, reads and anwaers texts accurately. The best thing compred to other brands..the bluetooth really reaches long distances.

Paid three times more for a similar Bluetooth minus shipping instead of ordering online to replace my lost one. id not want to wait so I paid the additional at local store.

Easy to set up. Good performance. My only serious complaint is the battery life. It says "Talk time 7 hours" but lasts less than 3 hours!!

I have had multiple bluetoothes in the past and this is one of the better ones. the only thing i can say that it doesnt have but my old one did is the speak controls to call people.

Comfortable for daily use. Spend a great deal of time on the phone. Call quality sometimes echoes. Extremely dependable, yet have had better experience with previous Plantronics bluetooth!

This Plantronics - Explorer 505 Bluetooth headset works well. It get uncomfortable if I wear it for an extended period of time.

Its nice and light, but caused pain in my ear canal. I tried it for 2 weeks with no luck, but its very light and easy to use.
