Posted .Hi! Thank you for your honest review on our Explorer 500 headset, however, we are sorry to hear about your experience. If people are getting an echo when using the headset, you may want to try to reset the Bluetooth connection with your mobile to see if there is an improvement. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_E500". Once successfully paired, you will hear
"pairing successful" and the LED on your headset will stop flashing red and blue. You may also want to test the headset connected to a different mobile to completely isolate the issue. If for some reason the headset is still transmitting an echo, it could be an issue with the microphone and it will be best to replace the unit. Unfortunately, I tend to lose them or misplace them but when I go to replace it, I stick with what I know is most comfortable for me and works the best, in my opinion.

On lily down is it reaches 30ft but for sure still rating a five cause it is a five star product. But with blue tooth I like to see at least 75 I think dre beats are like 300 ft.

I've tried HULU, Netflix, Xfinity, Youtube, none are in sync with mouths. I've tried several brand earpieces and all are off. I don't think the technology is right yet, I'd like to find out if anyone uses any Bluetooth items that work right with these apps. Works OK with my workphone and smartphone for calls. It's plenty loud for speech. Tap, don't hold down the volume control. I got it on sale for $30 so I think it's worth it.

Bluetooth headsets usually have several "profiles" that are optimized for different tasks. The Bluetooth profile used to stream high bitrate media is called A2DP, which usually has a latency of ~150ms. Because of this, noticing a small delay when streaming media is normal on all Bluetooth headsets.
Some headsets support the aptX low latency codec which steams audio on a much lower ~40ms latency, where the delay is almost unnoticeable. Our BackBeat PRO and BackBeat PRO 2 support this aptX codec, but the device they're connected to must also support this Bluetooth codec in order to enjoy this lower latency.
