I’m not used to having crap stuck inside my ear It tickles. But this product is bettter than ANOTHER $200 fine for not being hands free

The item works ok but battery time at full charge is six hours. The last one of these I had (different brand) would charge to 11 hours.

Only had it for about 3 weeks now. Seems to be working okay to this point. Let's see if it lasts longer than the last one.

It fits well in either ear and is pretty comfortable. The calls are crystal clear and the callers can hear me very well. I used use the speaker phone feature, but the people I talked to couldn't hear me very well. I recommend this product to solve that issue.

Sound quality is good for calls and music. With whatsapp audio/video calls on Samsung S5 observed few issues. Otherwise overall quality is good.

This Bluetooth was very uncomfortable in my ear. The noise cancellation did not do a good job. Constant static sound in my ear. Returned this after a month.

This product is okay. I was able to get it on sale from Best Buy but wouldn't recommend it if not on sale.

It is a good product, could be great if sold with multiple ear pieces. Like the fact you can pair 2 devices and play music through it also.

The plastic is a little uncomfortable on the outside ear. Its hard to make sure it stays in place.

The Plantronics Bluetooth headset is awesome. I would like to recommend this product

I walked into the store and asked where I could find a Bluetooth. I was guided to the area that I could find them. I walked to that area and looked at many different ones. I choose the one I liked, took it to the checkout and bought it. Then I left.

MAX VOLUME level is not very loud and you can barely hear even though volume level is turned all the way up.

Average earpiece, seems to be an upgrade from the last model. I find these units do not wear well so we will see if this one holds up. So far so good

I’ve used this brand and this particular style for the last 10-yrs. I’m a daily 12-15 hour a day user. The clarity is great. I listen to my music through it. I like tht both my ears do not have to have something in them.

The piece is great. Un upgrade from Explorer 500. But within a couple of weeks the charge strap failed. That's my only complaint.

Had a prior Plantronics headset for the past 3 years and lost it - saw this one at Best Buy. love the white color as well as the charger that comes with it. Makes it easy to keep the charger and headset together. Would definitely recommend!

This headset was a great upgrade for me, it has advanced headset tech & is very comfortable in the ear. I would recommend this to anyone

I like the headset but it seems I only get 6-7 hours instead of the 11 hours I used to get out of my older headset.

I didn't get a chance to use it much on my cruise. Haven't used it since. It is compact which is what I was looking for. Holidays are here!!!

This was my first headset purchase because I needed it for tele-conferencing while working from home. More than exceeds expectations! Great headset that is comfortable to wear for a few hours.
