Posted .Hello and thank you for your honest review! The Explorer 505, once paired, automatically connects to your phone each time you power the unit on. There should be no need to turn on and off each use, please try the following: Completely unpair the headset from your phone, powercycle the phone, turn on the headset and press and hold the call button until the LED flashes red/blue, re-pair and test.
