Charging issues with Bluetooth headsets can be a problem caused by the power source, cable or the product itself (it can be the charging connector or the battery on some cases). Next time, you may want to try using a different charging cable to completely isolate the issue. The M95 headset uses the same charging cable as the Explorer 500, so you can still use the same charger for your M95 headset.
