If you have noticed issues with the volume, you might want to make sure you configure the volume levels on both the volume buttons of the headset and your phone. Also, try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your headset and phone. To do so: https://goo.gl/x8Scz9 To set in pairing mode: power on your earpiece then press and hold the call button for 6 or 8 seconds until the light starts blinking red and blue repeatedly. Lastly, testing your headset with different phones and also at different locations and while connected to a single device at a given time is ideal in order to isolate the cause of the problem. As you may know, this product has a one year warranty from date of purchase.
