However, if they find that the unit has been discontinued and no longer available for replacement they replace the unit for an updated version. While we thrive for our headset to fit everyone, we understand that one size doesn't fit all. We recommend that you consider using a different ear tip size if the included ear tip is too large or uncomfortable. You can find our Small ear tip kit with this part number 201955-01.
Our Explorer series do not feature caller announce, if you'd like to use this feature and have this capability we encourage you to consider our Voyager Legend, Voyager Edge or Voyager 5200, since they all feature the caller announce feature.
