The Bestbuy associate told me this one would be the best talking quality. Besides that, it leaves room for improvement. Unlike the previous model it either has a auto shut off or a rest indicator so when it’s not in use the battery won’t drain. This version lacks that feature and because of that it must be charged frequently which is annoying.

If you leave your headset powered on but out of range of your paired phone for more than 90 minutes, your headset will conserve its battery power by entering into a DeepSleep mode. The talk time of the headset is of up to 7 hours. If you are getting less than this, you may want to try charging the headset using a different charging cable and power source to completely isolate the issue. Battery life is short, and charging may require additional accessories. However, the biggest problem is that the blue tooth capability is poor. Best reception is when there is a clear line of sight between device and phone. This means if phone is in a purse or a pocket, the device will lose contact with the phone, then attempt to reconnect. I'd return it if I could.

Bluetooth headsets work best when there is a direct line of sight between the headset and the phone/audio source they are connected to. In order to troubleshoot connectivity or audio issues even with a direct line of sight you might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. If this does not fix your issue, we suggest pairing the headset to another cell phone as a test.
If the issue is not present on the second phone, then the problem may be with the first phone, rather than the headset. If the issue exists on the second phone as well, you will need to replace the headset.
