    The unit is also unconfertable with glasses. The ear cushion is also hard to fit. I last my ear cushion and I can't find replacement.

    Nowhere as good as my Blue Ant was. Battery time isn't nearly what is advertised. To it's benefit it is comfortable to wear for an extend period. Not sure I would ever purchase from this company in the future. The buying experience thru Best Buy was flawless as usual.

Our intention is to provide the highest quality products to our customers and we thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. If you are having some audio issues with the headset, you may want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_Explorer 500". Once successfully paired, you will hear "pairing successful" and the LED on your headset will stop flashing red and blue. We also recommend testing the headset with a different mobile to isolate the issue. If for some reason you still experience some issues with the microphone, then it means it has an actual problem and it is best to replace it.     It says that it has good noise cancelling but the person you call can hardly hear you but can hear every noise in the room you are standing in or even the air conditioning running in your car. If it was normal times I would have taken it back.

This model features: dual microphones with noise-cancelling DSP and certified HD Voice. To troubleshoot microphone issues, please try to reset the connection between your cell phone and earpiece. To do so: https://goo.gl/emzUTA. You might also want to test the earpiece with a different mobile phone, as it is ideal to isolate the cause of the issue. If you still get the same results, then most likely your unit has an actual issue and it is best to replace it. This model comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2. Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on.
      3. Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call control button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4. Access your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_ E500". You may also want to adjust the volume directly from your mobile to see if there is an improvement.
