    This worked fine for 1 month. Now it keeps UN-pairing and re-pairing over and over and over again.

      That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so,

      1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
      2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
      3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. and test.

    Had a similar one but that one was better than this. Switching between the Bluetooth in the car is not possible. For instance when am talking on the phone using the car Bluetooth and then I get off and want to switch to the Bluetooth headset it's not possible sometimes I even have to cut the call, before I can get connected to the phone.

      Thank you for your honest review on our Explorer 505, the ability to switch media or call audio depends on the device your headset is connected to, not on the headset or the Bluetooth device itself. As long as your headset is powered on and within range your phone should allow you to select it as the active call audio source.

      Please try increasing your phone and headset volumes while you're on a call and using your headset: most phones have separate volume controls for media, calls and notifications so increasing the volume when not on a call might not help.

    I found the call volume too low even turned up max from both the output and input during calls. I was asked to repeat myself more than my patience would allow. I returned this model within a few days and upgraded to the legend (Best Buy pricematched Amazon so it ended up being under $20 more) and I've had far better call quality.

If your unit is not holding the charge, please try using a different micro-USB cable and A/C adapter to isolate the cause of the issue. Please try testing with other size of ear tips. The Explorer 505 comes with a Medium size ear tip. Here are the part numbers for other sizes: Small 201955-01 / Large 201955-03.       When we design a specific headset we aim to accommodate around 80-90% of different ear shapes and sizes but unfortunately one size doesn't fit all. If the headset is uncomfortable to wear, we recommend that you try adjusting the angle of the small ear gel "hook" so that it touches another part of your ear or that you try wearing the headset on your other ear. The Explorer 505 can work with Siri, simply make sure Siri is correctly set up on your phone, press and hold the headset's call button for 2 seconds and let go, Siri will engage and you can speak your command.
