    Returned back to store after trying out. Ended up hurting ear and too much noise interference complaints.

We always suggest trying the other sizes of ear gels (Small & Large) in case the pre-installed ear gel doesn't fit (Medium).       When we design a specific headset we aim to accommodate around 80-90% of different ear shapes and sizes but unfortunately one size doesn't fit all. If the headset is uncomfortable to wear, feels loose in your ear or just seems like it'll fall regardless of the eartip size you are using we do recommend trying a headset with a different wearing style.

      Hi! Thank you for your honest review on our Explorer 505 headset, however we are sorry to hear you were not able to find a comfortable fit. Please note there are other sizes of ear tips available that might help you to find a more secure fit. You should be able to find them with the following part numbers: PN; 201955-01 Small and 201955-03 Large. Your earpiece includes a Medium size ear tip. These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes. We do offer different sizes of ear gels and you should be able to find a set with the following part number: 201777-03; however, we do know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style. The life span of the product depends on the usage but on many cases they last for way past their warranty period. Please note this model comest with a one-year limited warranty.       Hello and thank you for your honest review! While we thrive for our headset to fit everyone, we understand that one size doesn't fit all. With this in mind we include 3 different eartip sizes for a better fit. If you are experiencing some audio issues you may want to reset the Bluetooth connection with your mobile. To do so: 1) Unpair the headset from your mobile phone by accessing your Bluetooth settings. 2) Power off your mobile phone for 2 minutes and turn it back on. 3) Re-pair the headset by pressing and holding down the call button until you see the LED flashing red and blue. 4) Access to your Bluetooth settings and select "PLT_E500".     I’ve been using plantronics ear Bluetooth headsets for sometime now and was very disappointed in this one they have raised the price’s and are no good now they don’t work at all away from my phone and they hurt my ear

      Thank you for your honest review on our Explorer 505 headset but we're sorry to hear about your experience. In order to increase the volume on the earpiece you need to tap the volume button located on the side, however to decrease the volume you'll need to press and hold the Volume button. Please note if you are using Android, the volume must be set to medium/high or audio will sound to low. If you have the same results, you might want to reset the Bluetooth connection. To do so: 1. Delete the headset from your cell phone’s list of paired devices. 2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone. 3. Re-pair the headset with your phone.

You might want to try a different size of ear gel (Small or large) and using the earloop clip as well should definitely help you to find a better fit. To isolate the cause of the issue, reset the Network settings from your phone. You might also want to test the earpiece with a different phone, as it is ideal to determine the cause of the issue. If you're currently using an iPhone, then test it with an android and backwards. This helps to verify if the issue is related to an iOS/android update.
