When using your headset even in moderately loud environments your callers should still be able to her you clearly. If that is not the case you might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:
      1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
      2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
      3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. If this does not fix your issue, we suggest pairing the headset to another cell phone as a test.

      If the issue is not present on the second phone, then the problem may be with the first phone, rather than the headset. If the issue exists on the second phone as well, you will need to replace the headset.     Does not hold a charge after approximately 3 weeks. Best Buts 14 day return policy is very inconvenient. Will continue to buy products from companies that have a better return policy.

      In order for other devices to find and connect to your headset you will need to place it in pairing mode first; to do so, power on your headset then press and hold the call control button for around 7 seconds until the LED alternates red/blue.     Difficult to press button- Get the LEGEND model

    The product performs well enough except the activation button is not a button, and it does not press lightly. The whole body panel is the button and it hurts the ears after pressing a few times. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE PT LEGEND from Plantronics. That model is so comfortable, I forget it's even on! and great buttons.

    Purchased this around Christmas last year. Worked fine up until a few days ago, now it will not charge. Too late to return it. I've used Plantronics before and the products lasted for a long time. I thought this one would too. I was mistaken.

      Thank you for your honest review. All of our Bluetooth headsets have similar volume levels which should be enough to hear your callers when using the unit in mildly loud environments like your office, call center or car.

    I bought 1 of these and it worked for 2 days, then I couldn't hear anything except a scrambling sound. I returned it thinking it was just defective and had a new one of the same model sent to me. It did the exact same thing, and when it did work, the background noise was bad.

      Our headsets are designed to fit most ear shapes and sizes, but we understand one size/style does not fit all.

      We recommend that you try wearing your headset with/without the ear loop and also to try slightly rotating the ear tip's angle but if it still doesn't feel comfortable we definitely recommend trying a headset with a different wearing style. Plantronics

Please be sure to try wearing your headset on either ear and also trying other ear gel sizes to find the most secure fit and comfortable fit. The earpiece includes a medium size ear gel but you should find a Large or small size with the following part numbers: Large 201955-03 and Small 201955-02. You might also want to try using the optional ear loop to see if it helps. As for the connection of the earpiece, in case of experiencing any linking issues, please test your headset with a different phone setup to isolate the cause of the issue.
