To do so: https://bit.ly/2OOMfnw. To re-pair it, press and hold the call button for 6-8 seconds until LED flashes red and blue repeatedly. We also recommend you to reset your phone's network settings. As for battery issues, this model features up to 7 hours of talk time; However, please note performance is dependent upon battery and may vary by device. If you're getting extremely low battery life, please test with a different micro-USB cable to isolate the cause of the issue. Also, make sure you're using a 5-volt wall charger for optimal performance.     I wouldn't buy it again. It's very hard to hear out of it, even at the maximum volume. And it doesn't fit well in the air. For the price I was not pleased.

    Brought it back and Best Buy would not take it back. I think I'm done at Best Buy. Won't be back. 15 days is not enough time to see if you like the product.

While we thrive for our headsets to fit everyone, we understand that one size doesn't fit all, we carry different eartip sizes if needed. Please try the following for the audio: 1) Completely unpair from your phone. 2) Power off and on both devices. 3) Press and hold the call button until the LED flashes red/blue on your headset. 4) Reconnect and test. If the issue continues, there might be an actual fault with the headset, in which case a replacement will be necessary.     It doest'nt have sufficient juridiction of blue tooth .it does not work even in 3 meters.Moble must be carry with you when you want to talk.

    THERE is no ring for incoming calls! Only some silly voice that I can barely hear! Battery life sucks! I am constantly having to charge!

      This headset model should provide you with an audible alert when there is an incoming call and depending on the phone you're using the phone itself should also play its usual ringtone as long as it's not in silent/vibration mode. The Explorer 505 should also provide you with up to 7 hours of talk time on a full charge but if you're getting considerably lower talk time you might want to try fully draining and recharging your headset a couple of times and see if this helps.

    This Bluetooth doesn't hold a charge. The battery doesn't last the time, I have to charge it 4 times a day.

    The headset states talk time is 8 hours. That just isn't true. The charge only last about 3 hours. I do not recommend this product.

Testing the earpiece with a different phone and while it is paired with a single Bluetooth device is also ideal to determine the cause of the issue.       When we design a specific headset we aim to accommodate around 80-90% of different ear shapes and sizes but unfortunately one size doesn't fit all. If the headset is uncomfortable to wear regardless of the eartip size you are using we do recommend trying a headset with a different wearing style.

      We recommend that you try wearing the headset with and without the earloop, as the fit depends on your specific ear shape and size.

      Slightly rotating the gel eartip lower or higher might also help to keep the headset in place. Plantronics
