Works as it should, only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it can be a little uncomfortable (as most earpieces are) after a wearing them for a few hours.

Great mic, people understand me well. Volume stays a little too quiet on hi. Light and comfortably. Overall definitely worth the 59 dollars

I had a Plantronics Bluetooth and liked it so decided to look for a replacement of the same brand when the old one was not charging. My only criticism would be that it could be a little louder volume when in a noisy vehicle,and the ear piece is hard to get used to. It works very well. Especially like the magnetic charging strap which I was not so sure about when I purchased it.

Ready to go and easy to set out . Used right out of the box when my other bluetooth stopped working . Great sound and fits great .

I absolutely love this blue tooth. I've purchased this particular one 3 times. I've never had a problem hearing with it. It's comfortable and easy to use.

It easily connected with both my personal Galaxy S5 and my work I-Phone 6. Does what I needed it to do by providing me hands free calling while I'm on the road.

you can actually hear a conversation, Phone ringing, Does Not always understand what name or number you are telling it to call. battery life not long enough.

I own several Plantronics products and have always been satisfied. I bought this becuase I was looking for a smaller headset. This device is perfect except that it is hard to hear the other party in a loud environment. The loudest setting is still pretty soft. The reverse isn't true. The people I am speaking with have no trouble hearing me both in volumes and in clarity.

The Plantronics Explorer 505 lives up to the quality that I have come to expect from the brand, having used their wired headsets at the telecommunications company I worked at for a number of years. The Explorer 505: —is Durable (it does not weigh a lot so if it falls it will not incur much damage). —has a Good Range (I get about 20+ feet through a dry wall with other competing wireless signals and that is good enough for me). —maintains great Call Quality, my callers comment on the clarity of the calls when compared to the wired headsets I previously used. This is money well spent!

I like the comfort on the ear. Easy to use and sync. I also like that it tells you what the battery percentage it is when you turn it on.

This Plantronics earpiece works well although the one size fits all does not work. If I press on the earpiece I hear very well and if I don't I hear okay.

This headset is easy to use. It works great. Have had no problems with it. I like that it tells me how much talk time is left on it.
