I can hear everyone clearly and they have no problem hearing me also. I bought this on to replace one that I lost. The only thing that I don't like is the battery doesn't last as long as my other one and it doesn't tell me who's calling.

It works really well and battery life is good. My only complaint is it randomly disconnects from my phone and then reconnects. It gets annoying especially when on a call.

A better bluetooth

I had a Plantronics 90 that was noisy for everyone on the other end of a phone call. I replaced it with the 505 which has two noise reduction features, now I'm told it seems to sometimes reduces my voice to the point that I can barely be heard. I was hoping for better from what is supposed to be a state of the art device.
