Would be better if volume could go a little higher

Recently changed from Motorola to the 505 due to poor transmission quality on newer Booms. 505 delivers good sound both ways but fit is painful. Noticed they had "improved" fit for sweaty situations apparently. The new silicone earbud causes such a tight fit it is unbearable after about an hour. I was able to remedy this by cutting off about top half of silicone earbud. Also seems battery life is not what I was used to. And as usual, they supply no AC charger. So you either have to supply your own or run around looking for usb charger. Overall is good product for price.

I love the ease use of this. Charges really quickly & holds charge for a long time.

This is my 2nd one. The first one I lost which was my fault and I am still pretty upset about it. But anyway the reason I brought it again is because the Plantronics Explorer 505 headset easily connects up with my Iphone 6S & 7. I love the comfortable design, clear audio quality and the long lasting battery. Overall a very good product for the price and quality.

I have 2 phones (iPhone and android) I connect this to and the integration has been far better that the previous Bluetooth I purchased. I've found that most Bluetooth typically only fully support one platform or the other but this one does well when connected to both at the same time. Would recommend for the $$

This is great for a backup Bluetooth. I have two because they never hold a charge for more than 4 hours if you use it and I always use my Bluetooth.

This may be an excellent Bluetooth, I will come back and rate it after I get my new phone. I have use Plantronics before and loved them. My last one was exactly the same (the model number was different and I don't remember it), however, I lost it and was forced to buy a new one. They no longer have the one I had before so I got this one. In the beginning it was great, then people complained of it being muffled and a lot of static on the line. When I switched it to my personal phone it seemed to be better. My work phone is just about fried and I believe the problem is the phone and not the Bluetooth. I am getting a new work phone this week so we will see if the clarity improves or not. The one thing that does not work is the charger, it is a short USB and it will not charge from my computer, so I use the wall charger from the previous one that I had.
