I bought this to replace a broken jawbone era. Not quite as good as the era but so far has been good. The connection with my Iphone 6 can sometimes be unreliable, but the sound quality has been good on both ends.

Although the bluetooth is easy to use, the reception is not very good. I can hear okay when talking on the phone. However, when trying to listen to music or videos through my phone or laptop, I have to be right next to the device or the bluetooth cuts out all the time. Disappointing.

Out of the many brands of Bluetooth ear pieces I've tried, this is by far my favorite. No matter which brand I have tried, I always go back to Plantronics. Lightweight design feels like I'm not wearing one at all

I work in security and needed a discreet Bluetooth headset that I wasn't going to be able to lose. This fits that criteria well, It's decently priced for the quality but where this Bluetooth shines is that 11 hour battery life. Very happy with this purchase and now my wife wants one too.

I hope that Plantronics continues to evolve these kinds of form factors for a blue tooth. This is version 5.1, but one with BT 5 or later would be wonderful as well. Why do I like it - put it in your pocket without worry about crushing it. I have an older similar model and in 3+ years of usage, it fell, at least 50 times and never had a scratch! i.e. it is pretty good and strong. It has the optional ear loop which I strongly depend on. The only thing missing, in this version is the press button to answer/ end a call like one of the older models had

I've had several of the plantronics 500 series. Love the fit and compact fit Just with the battery in them was a bit more robust
