Activates every time on Microsoft and apple devices, will fit in either ear, comfortable and light weight. Very good audio for phone talk and listening to broadcasts. This may sound like paid spiel but its not. Make sure its the 505 headset, though.

But after a few days people said they could hear me clearly. I don't know what changed but works well now.

If I'm near any radars , security cameras, and other electronics everything gets distorted. I'm not understood and I the other person sounds as if they are underwater. Price was ok .Beats a ticket

They are small and easy to loose. It's my fault you don't wear the plastic thing over the ear. It's not comfortable. If you have the right size silicone piece in your ear. It's usually good. I have put them in the wash, dropped one out of my pocket in the rain overnight at work. Used a blow dryer, to get the extra water out. It worked great! I just have a bad habit of putting them in my pocket. Now I have 3, incase I forgot where I put it. Obviously I like them. I would not buy so many if I didnt.

I like the Plantronics Explorer 505 almost as much for about 1/3 the cost. I'm hard on my Bluetooth ear pieces and go through a couple a year but also need great sound quality. I'll definitely buy another one of these when the need arises!

I have had one for years and never had to return this product. Need less to say my husband loves it too. It has a very clear sound and the music sound is great. We love ours.
