This one replaces the older model that I used for almost 8 years. This one is improved and I love not needing to dig the phone out of my pocket or the need to hold it to my ear. I can hear those I am talking with better and they can hear me clearly, even in noisy environments! If you need to be hands free, then this is the way to go.

Great product. Stays in the ear and very lightweight.

This Bluetooth isn't a bad buy, however I've had a few problems with it it turning off automatically it disconnects and then connects again in a few seconds it caused a blister on the inside of my ear from the pressure after long periods of time being in my ear ( 6 hours + )

The sound quality from this is very good, but it is not great for people with small ears. The one-size-fits all ear piece is a little big for my wife and gets uncomfortable after extended use.

Never wanted a blue tooth but ended up getting because my wife bought and it is great. Great reception awesome while driving. Love it

I couldn't give this an Excellent rating because of my hearing problem. I wear hearing aids and most BT in-ear headsets are a problem for me. Plantronics did have a model that was awesome for my situation but unfortunately it's no longer available. The Explorer 505 does have Excellent Audio Quality but for me it's not as loud as earlier Models. I keep it & do use it when I'm in somewhat noise free environments. Again it's not really the headset as it is my hearing issue. Otherwise, Great product!

Drops out around wifi but works great when I'm in the car

I had a Plantronics - Explorer 505 Bluetooth Headset for almost 3 years and loved it but it finally gave out on me. I loved it so much I purchased another one without hesitation. I would have rather had a black one, but it was $59.99 and the white one was on sale for $29.99 ..... but it works great no matter what the color!

The bluetooth that I bought was a great buy and I use it everyday. It is very useful and one of the best bluetooth's I have had yet!

Very good product (as you can see, I have bought several of them), but I keep losing them because they are so small.

The product works as you would expect it to. It's a good option for when you frequently lose them and therefore need replacements.

I bought this to upgrade from the Jabar Bluetooth that I currently own. It was dropping calls and the quality began to degrade. This Plantronics Bluetooth is a huge improvement. I didn’t want the Bluetooth that wear around your neck. I needed something small and compact. And this one fit the bill.
