It was dropping calls and the quality began to degrade. This Plantronics Bluetooth is a huge improvement. I didn’t want the Bluetooth that wear around your neck. I needed something small and compact. And this one fit the bill.

The voice quality on my end is pretty good, but I've had others say it sounds like I'm talking in a tunnel. When I'm in traffic or loud areas, still works pretty good, filtering out background sounds.

Currently our only models that feature caller announce are our Voyager series, including the Voyager Legend, Edge, Focus and 5200.

I have a Plantronic brand Bluetooth and have use this brand for years. She really like this lite weight Bluetooth and stated she will shop only Plantronic items (bluethooths).
