The voice quality on my end is pretty good, but I've had others say it sounds like I'm talking in a tunnel. When I'm in traffic or loud areas, still works pretty good, filtering out background sounds.

I have a Plantronic brand Bluetooth and have use this brand for years. She really like this lite weight Bluetooth and stated she will shop only Plantronic items (bluethooths). Decent budget headset

Posted .Hi! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our Explorer 505. If you are experiencing audio issues, please try resetting the Bluetooth connection. To do so: Delete the headset from your cell phone’s list of paired devices. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone. Finally re-pair the headset with your phone. Testing your headset with different phones and also at different locations and while connected to a single device at a given time is ideal in order to isolate the cause of the problem. The quality and durability is excellent. Had to have a replacement but with the 2 yrs protection plan available. I was able to switch it out with no cost. Thanks
