Great sound and no complaints about people not being able to hear me. Not crazy about rubber piece that holds it in place...only bad thing about it.

Sound quality is very good. It operates much better than my previous Plantronics Bluetooth. However, the ear hook is a bit uncomfortable. I would have prevered a more solid one.

Replaced an older one that I washed for about the fifth time so it didn't work anymore. This is a great bluetooth device that has quality sound even outdoors on busy streets.

Easy to use and pair. Occasional dropped calls. good battery life. I lost the device because it fell off. easily falls off.

I purchased this Bluetooth for myself because of the ability to use Best Buy's purchase plan where I might return it for another if it malfunctioned I mostly purchase through Amazon where you can easily return. I have purchased many through Amazon and returned and tried others. I currently have two working plantronics edge they are perfect to hear podcast on. As far as a phone conversation, I can hear others but they can't hear me. They worked at first but after a few months they failed. With this I have the ability to exchange it at Best Buy. When or if this happens. The same happened with a blue parrot small type Blue parrot over the head are fine but I needed a smaller YES I DID ALL UPDATES, AND EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM This blue tooth has been excellent thus far Powerful for being extremely small. I am limited as to what I can wear because I wear both hearing aids and glasses. I also want blue tooth to be multipoint.

I have used other Bluetooth headset before and this one has been by far the best one for the value. It has a long range from my cellular and it has very clear voice...I love it

Looks great! Fits okay. There are nice apps to partner with it. My issue is with The background noise. It picks up everything which makes it very difficult for whoever you are talking with to hear you clearly.

This unit is not the Bose unit I broke it is however light weight with pretty good battery life and pairs well with most phones

This blue tooth is quite comfortable and you can use it to listen to music on your phone as well as games.

I bought this for my husband, and he has not complained at all! We can hear him clearly when he calls while driving over the road. He says it a pretty good product!

I love this! I can now talk on the phone without holding my phone up to my ears. I can do so much more now. I can cook, clean, and drive with both of my hands on the wheels! This product definitely allows me to be more productive with my hands.

I would like them to have different size earpieces like they used to. The one they include is too large.

Bought this for my Girlfriend, she loves it, its small and lightweight and does exactly what it says. she can listen to music at work and seamlessly switch to phone calls

This is a great product. Not the top of the line expensive but works the same as if I did pay a fortune.

Got this for my wife who needed this for taking numerous calls at work for personal reasons. She is not tech savvy & with slight learning curve has got it down. Clear conversations, can make hands free calls & gives you up to date battery life. She loves it.

I was looking for an earpiece that wasn’t to expensive and good quality. This is a very good ear piece have not had any issues with it .

Firts time tryin out this brand was a satisfying experience. It works flawlessly with my iPhone 6 plus.
