This Bluetooth had excellent sound and was not uncomfortable at all. I often forgot I had it in my ear.Pretty durable as well. I slammed the truck door on it and it still worked fine until the poor thing literally fell to pieces about two weeks later. I will be buying another one.

This device does provide me with enough talk time to last me 2-3 working days. I would not have gained any benefit from a more expensive model, just to get added talk time. I have difficulty with the device comprehending verbal commands. It often sends me to an incorrect person or # and I have to repeat the commands, for texting, 2 or 3 times. I should have researched before purchasing this brand. My previous was a Samsung and it was great. (Just let it fly out the window while on the interstate).

I recently replaced an earlier model of this line. It served admirably for years before it died. I believe the sound on this is, in fact, better than the previous model. I wish this one a long and happy life....me too!

This is my first experience with a hands free device and so far my son and I both like it I wish it had a few more features but overall it’s working well

Clear but the volume is low. Had it for about two months and the volume button broke, other than good.

Excellent sound quality, decent features. The noise cancellation could be a little better, but overall it's a good value.

Overall good for the price but I do find it difficult when trying to make a call. And it is sometimes difficult to hear due to the signal breaking up. But I do like it.

Great earpiece sound great and comfortable but picks up background noise such as radio really loud according to people calling

Its ok. It does the job. I've had better. This one doesn't announce the caller, talk time is 7 hours. I think overpriced. But the quality of the call is good.

I absolutely love this Bluetooth device. Simple to connect can connect to multiple devices at once and it has great battery power. Oh the sound quality is great as well. If you have small ears, you're ears will be tender for a few days but that's a personal issue ;-)

This was a great bluetooth my favorite ive had a couple of them unfortunately i broke it and went to get another and they said no longer available.

I have been using a bluetooth of some fashion for the past 8 years. Recently, my early generation Plantronics unit suddenly died. I tried some online units only to be dissapointed, and went back to Plantronics. The 505 fits comfortably and does stay connected even 30 feet plus distance. However the sound levels are lower than my previous model, and if I'm in the mall or similar environ while my voice is clear to the caller, even using 505 max volume and phone max volume it is difficult to hear the caller. I will be trying something new soon.

Connects with the phone easily and provides adequate opportunity to have phone calls hands-free.

It has good audio. I can hear people pretty well and there haven't been too many complaints about having trouble hearing me. HOwever, it only last 7 hours.

Very good sound quality. But the portion that fits into your ear is way too large and uncomfortable. Distance not as far as my former motorola.

Very good sound, blocks background noise. Bulkier than last earpiece which was same nrand older model.

Bluetooth is very comfortable when in ear. Easy to use. Great audio quality and battery life.

This Plantronics bluetooth device has great sound, and stays in my ear comfortably, even when I am wearing my sunglasses. I would definitely buy it again!
