Very good product. Easy to pair. Good audio quality. However, after a couple of years of daily use, the battery is beginning to show some aging and requires more frequent charging.

Plantronics has always made a good product. This fits that description. Maybe I'm just getting old, but the highest volume doesn't seem that high.

This is my favorite Bluetooth, although it only seems to last a year.

so far so good, i have not had the chance to use it in my car yet, but using in the house once it seemed to be fine and easy to use

This is the second bluetooth of the same model that I have purchased because it's simple, works well, easy to use, and I really like the charging strap. I have purchased other brands/models that cost twice as much and I like this one best.

I have been using this Bluetooth Headset for about two weeks now and I like it a lot. People can't believe that I am talking thru an earpiece. Lightweight and very comfortable in the ear.

This ear price is comfortable and easy to use. Quickly connects to my iPhone and calls are clear and distortion free.

This earpiece is surprisingly concurs is and stays in place. I am able to have long conversations without my hand getting tired.

I've gone thru many blue tooths, but this one is one of the best of them all.

Works great! Easy pairing, voice activated and good sound quality. My wife loved it. So did our dog, who chewed it to pieces in less than a week. I guess this white model Bluetooth tastes like vanilla. Back to Best Buy for another one.

I have purchased two Marque 2 M165s in the past and have loved them. The first one died after 1 year and the other one I lost after having it for over a year, but the connectivity was great. When I went to buy another one, Best Buy was sold out of the Marque 2 M165. So, I decided to try the Explorer 500...Very disappointed. The battery life is not as great, the connectivity randomly drops when 2 phones are connected and callers have complained about not hearing me clearly. When I loose this one (lol), I am going back to the Marque 2 M165.

Ear piece is a lttle too big for me but i dont use ofyen so it's not too bad sound is great but I'm not heard as well on the other end

I've only had the unit for a few days. call quality is good and the range is good. Have to push a little too hard to answer a call.

This product is easy to use and has good sound. Downfall: no noise cancellation..

Works much better than the Boom that we had has better reception
