I bought this for my dad who is hard of hearing. The earpiece not only lets him hear the caller better, but he enjoys walking around with a bluetooth instead of using his phone that he can't hear that well. He loves the earpiece.

I bought this for my fiance and it is very nice, but the quality is not as good as my Plantronics headset that I purchased about 2 years ago. It does not come with various adapters to fit various ear sizes, the controls are not as easy to use and the sound quality is nowhere near as good as my older model. All that being said, it does work well and it is a decent product, just not as good as the older models.

The Plantronics is always a great product. This is my second blow to the barn from the company and very pleased with the quality

I love the included USB charging cable which doubles as a loop for attaching the earpiece to a purse, key ring, etc. I feel more confident I won't lose the earpiece. Plus, the sound quality and comfort is excellent.

Pros: higher volume and good active noise cancellation. Cons: Battery is limited to 6 hours so does require daily charging.

I lost my old Bluetooth so I got another one. This one didn't come with a charger so I used my old Bluetooth charger for it.

I totally love this bluetooth, and don't know how I would operate without it. Not having to hold my phone all the time makes life so much easier. And it works at a pretty good distance from my phone. Excellent product and easy set-up!

Good battery life this is my second one I and I will stick with plantronics.

This is my fourth or fifth Plantronics Bluetooth Headset, they get better every time, one thing I like about them is their Warranty and Customer Service, anything goes wrong and they are there for you. Best Buy has the best prices

I was looking for something not to expensive but that would also be not so obvious and bulky around the ears. This is both so easy to use, carry and it serves it purpose Calls are always clear and the volume is adjustable. Love it!

The Plantronics 505 Bluetooth headset works great with my phone. It's so light and fits in the ear so well you hardly know you are using it. With 7 hours of talk time and voice quality of incoming calls it's a winner in my book.

I’ve used plantronics for years they hold up well, they are inexpensive and the sound quality is really good.

Does exactly what I needed it to do: free my hands while listening to podcast or music privately.

no problems with hear people or them hearing me. works as stated . It's does hurt my ear after wearing for a long time though.

This was my very first Bluetooth headset and I have not been disappointed with it. Inbound and outbound calls have been crystal clear and the battery life/charge lasts between 4-6 hrs. while it takes maybe an hour to charge
