I would not buy this item again it's to cheap the only good thing it holds a good charge

I have purchased the version before this one about 1 1/12 year ago and the only reason I needed a new one was because normal tear and wear, so I decided to get the newer version, I come to find out its not actually a good choice. This one new does not connect properly to the phone, and its hard to answer or hang up. I had to return it.

This product is great and works just as it was described. Not bad for the price either

I wanted a headset that I could speak and it would dial the number for me while driving. This one is perfect and does a great job and at a good price.

Bought this for my car, desk or anywhere I need hands to be free. I use it to listen to music, send text messages and just want to talk without others listening in.

Works fine - way better than the first one I tried (a cheaper version from the same manufacturer). Only missing star is that it hurts the ear if I wear it for long periods of time - comfortable otherwise. Just seems like the earpiece itself could be softer or more flexible somehow. However, the unit works fine otherwise and allows hands free phone operation, which was why I got it to begin with.

this bluetooth headphone has great sound quality but my ear feels tired in 5 mins

Bought 6 of these there not rugged but they sound really good and not 6 at once over time and will buy another

While the clarity is fine, the volume can be a little low at times, because it does not fit as well in my ear as my previous one. Also, the talk time is 7 hours max, compared to the 10 hours I had with the previous model. However, I do prefer the on/off switch on this model compared to the last one, and it charges faster.

I would not recommend this to a friend. this device does not seem to work as well as the cheaper one, you can buy off the shelf

Comfortable. Clear range. Serves the purpose well.

This is my third plantronics bluetooth device. My replacements are due to the earpiece being worn down from so much use. Always have crisp sound.

This is the 3rd or 4th Explorer 505 Bluetooth Headset I have purchased. I keep losing them when I take them out and lay them down anywhere other than the charger. I like this model so much because of the value (price is acceptable at present) and it is comfortable to wear all day. I have two that I swap back and forth on long road trips for listening to books on my cell phone, or talking with friends to make the trip go faster. I have tried other Plantronics models, but I keep going back to this particular model because it is such a good value and feels comfortable.

Hard to find, yet having others do not compare to this unit. I now own 2. Enjoy the 7 hours of time, convenience, and comfort.

Comfort level I would rate this 2 out of 5. The legend model that goes over your ear is more comfortable. Call quality is good. When someone calls you don't have the option to say "answer", you have to press a button on the side of the device to answer the call. This can be unsafe when driving. The button is also situated in a place where you may press it by accident just be removing and putting the device on your ear, don't like that. Biggest gripe about this device is that it only connects to my phone about 70-80% of the time. Sometimes I turn it on and it says "no phone connected" or it says nothing at all. I wouldn't buy this again.
