Okay, but not the best!

The unit is small and fits in your pocket well, that's always nice! Needs to be cheaper to justify going with it over the lower priced version.

You get what you pay for. The battery life is good, but the sound quality is not the best and had trouble connecting at times. For the price, it’s not bad, but plenty of room for improvement.

Posted .Hello, we are sorry to hear about your experience with the Explorer 505 headset, please try the following to reset the headset and connection: 1) Completely unpair from your phone. 2) Power off and on both devices. 3) Press and hold the call button until the LED flashes red/blue on your headset. 4) Reconnect. If the issue continues, there might be an actual fault with the headset, in which case a replacement will be necessary. The Explorer 505 comes with a 1 year Limited Warranty, if you continue to experience difficulties, please don't hesitate to contact Plantronics Customer Care at 855-765-7878.
