Previously had another headset ftom platonic and that one was better

Its a good Bluetooth, just wish it came with different size ear piece.

Great bluetooth! It's very comfortable,has wonderfully clear reception, & is easy to operate.

It does pretty good, but I think sometimes when I call my husband and I have my ear piece in and h has his in too there seems to be a bad connection. When one of us gets off of the ear piece it is better. But I don't think it's the ear piece, who knows.

I absolutely love my Plantronics I will purchase all their products in the future. If it gets damage or has a defect plantronicso will replace your item.

This is the 2nd Plantronics bluetooth I've bought. People can hear me and I hear them clearly. Never had any problems with it. Wish I hadn't lost my first one.

The voice command does not work. Also it is very difficult to hear anything when there is any kind of outside noise

Solid product, calls and audio come in clearly without any issues. Great product for the price.

It doesn't even last 7 hours. I use a Bluetooth because my husband is a truck driver and we have a one year old so in order to be on the phone with my husband long enough before I need to put the phone down to chase my son I need a hands free device. But this one did not come with a charger and it doesn't last and every so often the mic goes out and my husband thinks I hung up on him.

It works well but have to charge it daily though. I like the way I can connect to two different device's. I like how it can switch from tablet to phone also. The speaker works well, no outside noise interferes. It works well for the price. I would definitely recommend to others to try out.

Plantronics makes the best bluetooth headsets. I purchased this for my girlfriend, and she loves it. Simple to use.
