It could use foam ear buds. But otherwise great!!!

It took a bit of time to get use to the ear peace.

Great for a traveler that needs hands free communication away from home.

I was a bit disappointed because the device is really only useful to answer calls when driving. I had hoped to be able to make voice activated calls, but you need to dial from your phone.

Really a great piece. I have been using Plantronics for many years. Will not talk on a cell phone w/out it.

The bluetooth had great range and was very easy to make phone calls with.

the otter defender IPhone case is great for me because of the 3 way protection for your phone.

I love that you only have to say answer instead of using your hands especially while driving

I love this device soooo much I've bought 3 for gifts.

I dont know if I'd recomend to a friend or not because I'm not totally sure if all the sudden, new call dropping is from the device or not. But I think it is. The timing is perfect, and calls dont drop when I'm not on it.

This Bluetooth is excellent. It picks up my voice to text speech nearly 100% every time.
