Not "hands Free"

I am unable to make calls out using the bluetooth activation, get a constant "network connection could not be found" , although if I dial direct the call goes right through. I have a galaxy 5 so it's not that the phone is outdated. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a bluetooth. Clarity is good though.

Just can't seem to get the right fit, so I use it without the ear clip & that seems to be the most comfortable. Unless you are in quiet surroundings, your caller will have a hard time hearing you. I will keep it as long as it I have to and go ahead and spend the money on a high end one next time,
