The only thing this unit has going for it is comfort. I can wear it all day with no problem. On the other hand the call quality is terrible, it disconnects from the phone when answering a call sometimes, and that Vocalyt service is JUNK ( could not even register for service). Maybe I just got a rotten egg but it will be going back to the store. Used with the iPhone 4.

The sound quality was okay on my end, but cut in and out on the other end. My phone's speakerphone does a better job of clearly "hearing" the words I say for speech to text. The battery life is very bad and the product continuously beeped for about 4 hours that charge - after telling me it had 1 hour remaining.

if you use Apple's Siri, this device does not work very well with it at all. A voice states "incoming call, answer or ignore?" only regardless of who it is (no caller ringtones or names). Voice commanded answer or ignore works 10% of the time depending on how loud you scream at it to answer or igore the call.

It's an okay headset. Starts getting uncomfortable after it's been in your ear for a hour. Quit working 13 months after I bought it.

I have used Jawbone icon for three years,,,, this headset is very poor sound quality if compare with Jawbone.
