These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes; however, we do know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style. This model of headset doesn't support Caller ID announcement. Great headset until earpiece quit working 6 months
