Dont bother
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You may be told you need a UV filter for your DSLR but the truth is that it won't protect much and causes weird effects on your pictures. Get a hood instead which will protect from any minor bumps a filter could stop and also works to block sun glare.

Don't bother with UV filter

Any damage that I filter could stop would also be prevented by the hood. A UV filter will only add distortion to your pictures.
