I am unable to review the item, because I got the wrong USB connection and it was not compatible to unit I needed to use. The item did have the appearance of a very well made product. Best Buys also made it very easy to return the item.

it is serving its purpose satisfactorily. Resolution and refresh rate on the monitor are as expected. Only the adapter at the hdmi side is always hot during operation. Not sure if it is supposed to be like this. Performance is good.

I loveeed this cable!! No need for an HDMI adapter when this bad boi takes care of the issue, and for less than the cost of an adapter. This cable has provided Crystal clear display each and every time i’ve used it

I originally bought this cord to hook my MacBook up to a tv in our vacation rental. It has since become part of my WFH station, allowing me to dual screen my MacBook with a monitor. It’s a quality cord and I’ve had no issues.

I needed a cable to go from laptop to TV for video and audio and this one right here makes it happen. After being plugged in and used for 6 hours, playing games, the 4K HDMI end gets a little warm. It does not affect the output.

I needed this because my computer my last cable was only able to produce 60hz to my 240hz monitor because it was connected to a HUB. This cable allows for 240hz directly to the monitor.

Great cable which makes it easy to connect a monitor to my MacBook. Did not test on a windows computer but works perfectly with Macs. Picture quality is great and the connector does not get hot at all.

This worked great in connecting my Microsoft Surface Pro X to an external monitor. The surface pro only works off of USB-C slots. This is a directional cable so will only transmit video from the USB-C end to the HDMI end.

Having to transition to online work was rough trying to see everything I needed on my Surface Pro. This cord connects the Surface Pro to my HD TV and allows me to extend or duplicate the screen to have more "work space."

Need an HDMI cable for collage work. Laptop does not have an HDMI port. Hope this will satisfy the requirement. Have not used it yet. Best Buy rep says this is what I need. Hope he is correct.

Works much better than expected to connect to my laptop. Would recommend to anyone who wants to connect a laptop to a monitor. Doesn’t overheat like reviews claim about other usb-c to hdmi cords.

Haven’t actually opened it because I don’t have a Mac anymore but the reviews say it’s good. The quality of the cord looks quality. I’ll keep it around since I missed the return window
