I needed this because my computer my last cable was only able to produce 60hz to my 240hz monitor because it was connected to a HUB. This cable allows for 240hz directly to the monitor.

When the video driver of my super expensive all in one dock hasn't been updated, I needed a temporary video solution. This just worked. The refresh HZ is lower than what I was used to, but I haven't noticed it that often. Good product!

Instead of getting an assortment of rather pricey adapters, hubs, converters, this cable makes connecting portable USB-C devices to a large screen display / monitor a breeze. It took 2 seconds to connect, and works at a reasonable price.

It's a solid cable. The only issue I experience is with the USB-C plug. I'm not sure if it's my MacBook's port or the cable's plug, but the plug needs to be perfectly centered and inserted into the port. I've noticed that the connection will be interrupted if the plug is moved just a little bit.

I purchased this cord to facilitate and external monitor with my MacBook Pro (2019). Rather than deal with another Apple dongle, I wanted a straightforward approach. This cable works perfectly and cuts down on the cord spaghetti on my desk!

I am unable to review the item, because I got the wrong USB connection and it was not compatible to unit I needed to use. The item did have the appearance of a very well made product. Best Buys also made it very easy to return the item.

I originally bought this cord to hook my MacBook up to a tv in our vacation rental. It has since become part of my WFH station, allowing me to dual screen my MacBook with a monitor. It’s a quality cord and I’ve had no issues.

I needed a cable to go from laptop to TV for video and audio and this one right here makes it happen. After being plugged in and used for 6 hours, playing games, the 4K HDMI end gets a little warm. It does not affect the output.

Great cable which makes it easy to connect a monitor to my MacBook. Did not test on a windows computer but works perfectly with Macs. Picture quality is great and the connector does not get hot at all.

This worked great in connecting my Microsoft Surface Pro X to an external monitor. The surface pro only works off of USB-C slots. This is a directional cable so will only transmit video from the USB-C end to the HDMI end.
