Functional but not perfect

Was please to find one with additional USB ports so I didn't have to carry multiple plugs when travelling. However, I was disappointed when I used it the 1st time only to discover the USB ports would not "fast charge" my Samsung phone.

Big & bulky, can't have anything else plugged into wall socket. Bought for my HP laptop & it's supposed to be compatible but I always get a message to use proper charger.

Extended life of my Chromebook

It seems that you have to reverse (turn it upside-down) the connection to the Chromebook with every new charge, for it to charge. Odd, huh?
