My unit came with a USB C cable that was dead on arrival. I didn't realize it was faulty, however, until too late when I could no longer return the item. The cable is thick and seems well-built, but this does not seem to be the case for my unit. Upon its arrival, I tried it out on my laptop. The laptop showed a notification that it was not receiving enough power to charge, so I decided I would use it for other electronics like my Switch. It worked sometimes with the Switch, but I realized that was only when it was held a certain way. Since then, I have not been able to get the cable working again at all. The AC adapter works fine and does everything as advertised.

You can only use the wall charger. The wall charger is great to charge my mac and iPhone. The USB-C, however, does not work with my Mac. It will not recognize it to charge. I have to use an Apple USB-C cord with the wall charger part.

Agent told me this would charge my MacBook Pro and it didn’t. There isn’t enough power within this version. Pay attention to the separate charges volumes.

The description of this charger is not accurate as you will get a slow charge and possible discharge for Laptops that use 65 watt chargers. This would be pretty good for other devices that require less watts. Like others mentioned the plug itself may give many users problems as it can easily fall out of the outlet due to its own weight.

Doesnt give as much power as hoped. Product cannot "Suoer Fast Charge" like similar models

read carefully, it's only 47W on the USB-C. not really enough for a macbook pro while it's actually being used.

It looked fine but did not go well with my laptop I tried to use it for my phone but also didn’t work out

It charges awesome And has additional inputs for Other devices. Only drawback Is that it will Easily fall out of The wall.

I hate the fact that you can buy a nice portable laptop to take out and about and the company makes the laptop itself stylish and compact but then they give you a power adaptor that is the size of a small brick and has massive cords at both ends! Seriously, some of these companies need to put as much thought into their power supply as they have into the computer itself. It has gotten a bit better over the last few years, especially with the advent of USB-C power delivery, but some still haven't gotten the memo. That would include the maker of my current laptop. I knew it didn't have a compact brick when I bought it, but it had features I needed so I got it anyway hoping that I would be able to find a good replacement power supply. I found better than a 'good' power supply, I found a PERFECT power supply. Compact, powerful, well-built, and a great cord. It is a lot like an Apple power supply but with the benefit of two additional USB ports to power your other devices. The Platinum 65W USB-C wall charger is pretty much the only charger I will need for travel, along with a few other cables for my other devices. Speaking of cables, the 8-foot cable that comes with this charger is a beast! Well-insulated and sturdy, the cable seems to weigh almost as much as the power adapter itself! The team at Platinum aren't skimping on the cord with this thing. One thing to be aware of though, is that while it is a 65W charger, that power is divided between the USB-C and USB-A ports. The USB-C puts out 47W of power, which is perfect for me since my laptop only pulls 45W. If your device requires more, it will most likely still charge, but it will take longer. This setup is perfect for me since I can have my laptop powered/charging at full speed while also charging my phone at full speed as well. Actually, it charges faster with the Platinum power supply than it does with the power adapter my phone came with since the USB-A ports on the Platinum are more powerful. All in all, this is a great power supply. It is well-built, elegant, and compact. The other great thing is that when I end up selling this laptop in a few years to replace it with what ever is new a cosmic at the time, I get to keep this power supply for my next laptop!

This is heavy duty charging. From charging capabilities to the overall quality of the outlet. It feels sturdy and able to survive falls. It comes with an 8 ft high quality cable, 2 USB ports, and USB type C input. I have use for all inputs since my computer has a type C USB. One thing I notice its the speed of charging, I have been given similar chargers like this one, when I charge multiple electronics I notice the charging time increase, but with this one I do not see any difference. I could be charging my laptop, and 2 cellphones without a lags. I really like the 2 USB ports its perfect for my already crowded charging power strip. I can see myself taking it on trips for my charging needs and its sturdy enough to handle all the falls. I would recommend for anyone and the price is just right.
