Works well for our computer as well as our IPhones!!!

Excellent customer service, the rep helped me immediately and I am so satisfied with the product although I thought the price was a little high for a refurbished charger it worked for what I needed.

Bought this as a spare power supply for my daughter.

The recent Platinum Charger purchased at Best Buy in July was OK, but the fit to my HP Spectre is not very good. I have to play with the cord in order to get the charge on. Shouldn't have to do that. Bob P

Good but small canister which means stopping more.

I was in a bind and had to have a charger immediately. My local Best Buy was low on stock, so I purchased this item as my only option. It works well, but is extremely and unnecessarily expensive, in my opinion

My HP wire/converter quit on me in a pinch. Went to the Best Buy store nearby and saw a generic one around $55 and this was more expensive. However, it is worth every penny extra! It is low profile, the cord never twists or kinks, it has a ton of different adapters to work with all sorts of equipment (phones, tablets, laptops, etc.) that I have, and you can charge 3 units simultaneously (2 USB cord slots)! Brilliant for travel as well as home/office needs. Pay the extra few bucks and get the best!

It will Work with an Asus as long as you have positive pressure on the plug. Not a perfect solution. Would be better to just order the adapter from the Asus website.

Returned item. It didn’t work on my Dell laptop. It was an open box. It may didn’t work for the previous customer as well.

The universal plug is great to have especially if you have other computers cuz you can use that same cord for all laptops and other devices

The charger seemed to work fine for a week, but then my laptop wouldn't charge any more. The port was fried. It may have been that I used the wrong adapter at the connection - don't know. There were two adapters recommended for Dell. I tried one and it worked, so I stuck with it. If using the wrong one can damage the laptop, there should be warnings to that effect.

The charger is ok but it does not charge the laptop fully. It tends to get to about 80% then jut holds the charge.

This charger is very convenient due to the multiple connectors but unfortunately for my laptop don’t maintain the charge

Although the tech was helpful, he ordered the wrong part. And it took longhr to get. Should have been next day, but took a week.Plus when i looked up the part online it was les expensive. Not sure how that could happen. Needed to return. No problems with that process.

This only allows me to use laptop while plugged in. It won’t charge the Laptop. Odd

The connection is loose but it still charges my laptop

Needed a 65 watt charger for my new Dell since my old one was 90 watt and wouldn't work properly. The 2 USB charging ports are great, one outlet used and I can charge my laptop,phone, and tablet all at the same time. Really long cord is great for hotels when there never seems to be an outlet close to where you want it to be.

Meant for newer model HP. Cord did not specify model compatibility.

Sometimes doesn't charge even eat when all the ports are connected.

This charger may be good, but it is not universal. Apparently, Dell requires a proprietary charger. My laptop would not charge with it. Fortunately, Best Buy accepted it as a return. Thank you Best Buy.
