The statement that suggests Platinum will ship you the appropriate tip are incorrect. Wouldn't fit my new ASUS 14" Vivobook. Support line personnel said they would call me back in 5 to 10 days to discuss tips, Suggested I return the charger to BEST BUY.

The review is not the fault of the product…they will send you the charger piece for free if they have it. But unfortunately they don’t have the piece for mine. Totally sad faced.

Pretty Trashy for price point
