I have always used UV filter with all my lenses for obvious reasons- lens protection from scratches and dirt.

My wife dropped her camera. It hit right on the end on pavement and the filter saved the lense. Camera still takes great photo's

This filter works well and is well-priced. Something almost identical at the camera shop costs 4 times the money.

Excellent filter for my P900 Nikon. Fit perfectly on the lens and helps with reducing UV light on bright days.

Is not the most profesional lens. But for the price it works well. I use a a7iii Sony and a 20mm 1.8f for night astrophotography, pictures look good. Not sure with a 7RIii Sony high mega pixel.

So far so good. I took a couple of practice shots outside on a partly sunny day and I couldn’t see any glare or sun spots. Maybe this review is too early to but a valued one but we’ll see when I have my next outdoor shoot.

This is definitely a good one and for the price! I wouldn't go back for sure.

Optics appear perfectly undistorted and filtering of UV is a helpful function. Threaded fit is excellent. Used on C EF-S18-135mm / Canon 70D.

If for no other reason buy one to protect the master lens from damage. You can always replace a UV filter.

It's only a lens filter so I'm not sure what they're looking for here. Make sure you get the right size and keep it clean I guess. Cheers!

Not only does it improve my photos but it protects my expensive lenses. This is a product I can’t live without.

These are great filters, bough two canon lenses and bought these to protect them. Fit it perfectly and quality is excellent.

The Platinum Series Lens Filters have proven to me to be of sufficient quality to replace all my standard UV Filters.

Let's see. Let's do the math... Mess up an expensive lens and buy a new one. Or mess up a lens cover and replace it. Simple decision!

it does not affect color resolution or sharpness of the image taken by the camera. But its main purpose to protect the lens.

Excellent addition to any lens to reduce the glare when taking pictures. Very easy to install and remove from any lens.

Good Investment to protect your lens with, easy to install, and definitely a must have when owning expensive camera equipment.
