    This filter works well. My complaint is that it's a little difficult to line up the threads to screw it on to attach it. Once on, it does work well and as a bonus, adds a layer of protection for the lens.

    Have been using this filter as a protection for my Canon 18-135mm lens and it does not deteriorate the images. May not protect the lens from strong impacts, but good to save lenses from scratches.
