Just started purchasing these UV filters along with my new Canon lenses. Have not had one issue with these wonderful filters! They protect your gear and your pictures will turn out beautifully. Now I need to backtrack and purchase more of these for the Canon lenses I bought before I knew that this was a must have for each of the lenses.

Worked as expected at a reasonable price! I use it while shooting in bright light to help prevent highlights from blowing out. It cuts down reflections when shooting into water. It also helps bring out details when subject is in bright light.

I use this UV lens to protect my regular lens as I am constantly traveling. I have broken several of these, but they have always protected my regular lens. It is perfect for my needs. :)

I just needed a glass cover to protect my lens. so the UV filter was fine

Platinum - 72mm UV Lens Filter - Clear a must have to protect that Lens investment. I do have to take it off the camera on occasions to prevent glare on some night time shots.

This filter is great for lens protection. I have not noticed any abnormal or unwanted characteristics in picture quality and retains original quality through the lens.

platinum filters are the best buy brand and are as good as other more expensive brands. they are a great value if you're looking for simple uv protection. thankfully, you'll find them in most sizes and if not in stock, ask an associate as they typically renew their stock regularly.

I always use a UV filter on all my lenses, mostly to protect from junk hitting the lens, but this really does cut the UV glare and keeps the images crisp.

this uv lens protector does what a $100 lens filters does at a reasonable price. i put it on all my lenses. buy one and try it if you dont believe me...

I always buy a lens filter to protect the lenses. It is cheaper to replace the filter than repair the lens. This sense was fine and works well.

This is an excellent lens protector from scratches. So much easier/cheaper to replace the clear lens filter than buying a brand new lens!

i have never used lenses from Platinum before. I really like it. For other lens needs I will definitely consider them again.

I bought this to go on top of my sony zeiss 16-35mm lens and i love it. Protects the lens so i have no worries.

Very good for the price. Its just to protect my lens until I do more research in the necessity of filters.
