    I bought a Canon L lens, and add this to protect my lens, i have to say, it is okay to use, but i would prefer to buy a better filter like B&W filter to add to my lens considering the price diff is small

    After all, what is a UV filter these days? A piece of glass between the world and your lens. Glass quality is good, and it does it's intended job well.

    Protects the front lens element well. Snug fit. Did notice some flare on certain photos. Will have to try to recreate the same conditions with and without the filter to see if flare shows up.
