Platnum Charger

I purchased it for my son's laptop. I returned the product to Best Buy and they told me that I have to return it to the manufacturer.

Not a 95w charger, 85w for USB-C, 5w each usb A

On the title showing it’s a 95w USB c charger. With asterisk. After reading throughly, found out the usb c port has 85w power, 5w for each usb A, total of 95w. It does charge slower compare to Apple original charger, but it gets the job done. (Not sure if this will damage the battery, since it’s not full powered), the price is better than apple.

Obviously Used Item sold as new

Only thing I could do is drive back up to best buy and try to get an exchange. I just wanted the used price because it is obviously used. I have been shopping with Best Buy for decades and have yet to experience this situation. This was a pick up order prepared for me by Best Buy employees. It looked resealed, but I did not question it because I have seen employees open boxes to check something, then reseal it up. When I opened it at home the plastic protection on the charger itself was ripped and missing on most of the charger. Obviously a used item someone used and then returned. No way to formally complain or get a discount for buying a brand new *used* item so this is my complaint. Buyer be warned.
