The length is better if your wall outlet is pretty down low, or if you like to use your phone on the charger in bed. Otherwise very nice table with good quality materials. The light is At night

This charger looks as if it were designed by Apple. The aluminum cover on each end is reminiscent of Macbook charger, and the illuminated end is a subtle touch that comes in handy in dark environments. It is a little pricey, which is why it loses a star in my rating.

Not only does this charging cable have a cool light up feature, it's actually useful. It shines a light which really helps you locate the charge port on phones or tablets in the dark.

I needed a Lightning cable for use in my car, and chose this cable on impulse because it was a discounted open box item. The idea of an LED in the Lightning connector seems a little silly, but harmless too. However, after using it just a few times in the evening, I realized that the lighted connector is actually useful because it makes it much easier to see what you're doing! In fact, I plan to pick up another one for use on my bedside table - which will make it much easier to put my iPhone on charge late at night without turning on the bedroom lights! Otherwise, there's not much to say other than "it works!"

It's for a good length. The lighting effects is pretty cool at night!

Thought I would really like this feature but it's just OK. Unless you're planning on being in the dark when you plug in phone a regular charger would work just fine. It does provide enough light to serve as a guide to find the plug. It does work with LifeProof cases, though it is a bit of a tight fit.
