Good Bag, bad straps

HANDLES NOT WELL MADE

Not the best quality

Unfortunately it doesn't fit. I made sure with the model they have in store is the same fit as mine. It's very thin laptop. But it's weird I can feel the space in between the fabric. I'm not happy. I thought as a last minute thing if I cut it and remove foam from inside it would fit... nope... now I'm stuck with 65 dollar bag because I tried to make it worse but damaged it so I can't return.
