Can cause internet to go down

We have two of these one for each of our MacBook Pros. They are used to charge them using the power pass-through, second monitors, usb hubs and for wired internet (ethernet cable). When the ethernet cable is plugged into the hub and a hub is unplugged from either MBP, it causes a broadcast storm within seconds to minutes and shuts down internet connections (security, mesh wifi etc.) from our Fios router. Once plugged back into the MBP internet resumes within a minute. If the ethernet cable is removed directly from the hub then the hub is removed from the MBP, no broadcast storm occurs. Customer support is nowhere to be found.

Worked Great.... until it didnt

Recently it decided to just stop working all together. would like to return it, but it is just past the return window. Also do not know how to contact company to ask them about warranty or return.

This thing gets hot!

This thing just gets hot and is completely useless. Most of the devices I connect through it aren’t even recognized by the Mac using this. Not sure what the deal is. Would not recommend.

Doesn’t work as expected

Attempted multiple times and same result each time. Will be returning for refund

Decent when working

It worked great for about a week. Then it was touchy, sometimes it would work and other times it wouldn’t. About a month into having it it stopped working altogether. I don’t recommend getting this.
