Bulky but do the job, hate the fact that Apple just remove all the key components of a laptop just so you buy the other products separate monopolizing everything

I bought this item to expand the ports on my Macbook Pro. I am not disappointed. It works perfectly! I now have several extra ports and different ports that I can attach things to. I highly recommend this product!

The hub works great until you unplug it and leave Ethernet connected. I spent a couple of hours thinking my Cisco switches or VMware hosts had random issues until I started tracing broadcast storms back to this. When I unplugged it, everything went back to normal. There are various articles out about leaving USB-C hubs plugged in with Ethernet and how it just dumps garbage over your network. If anyone else has intermittent connectivity issues after using this, check that.

Have only used it for one purpose...hoping to be able to use it for multiple purposes.. Not useful in trying to transfer photos from my iMac to the MacBookpro

Works good! Glad I was able to use this adapter instead of the one that goes straight in from the side. Gives more flexibility and easy to use.

This adapter is a great little tool that allows you to do more things with your Mac with just one extra piece. Very handy and works great. The only warning is make sure you lock it all the way in to work properly.

I like that this product is compatible with my computer case. I bought a similar product off of amazon but it won't let me use that product if my case is on my laptop. It is small and easy to store.

This product is a must-have for the Apple MacBook that we bought for Son. It allows us connectivity with more ports.

Works well on monitors, but doesn't provide enough power for a TV

The 2 usb-c secure perfectly on my MacBook without loosely falling off. The usb-c extension is great to charge at the same time. Ive used all the ports and it has worked flawlessly, great product!!

This works great with my MacBook! A little cumbersome to leave attached all the time, but works in a pinch if you want to hook up peripherals with older USB plugs.

The quality of this product is great and I have only good things to say about. From the day I plugged it in, till now, I haven't had any issues with displays or connectivity. Highly recommend.

All ports functions as expected. Occasionally while using external hard drive to play movies via air play on tv Mac book will freeze.

all adapters I need in one piece... I was going to order on Amazon but wanted to see all options and Best Buy had several to choose from.

The Platinum™ - Dual USB-C-to-8-Port Hub for my Apple MacBook Pro has been a great tool for me. I have been able to connect addition monitors, charge my phone and do so many things.

Like it, but I wish it would have been only taken up one USB-C instead of two. But you still get two on the dock so kind of a trade off.

This product was decent for the need. It was a great option for people who need a hub, but since it plugs in directly with a short cord, it is somewhat awkward to utilize and the ports are in spots that might not be idea for cord management people. It is a great functional need in a pinch, but I’d recommend other products if you want a cleaner accessory that is set up better functionally for usage.

My 13 year old purchased this and I suspect what he expected to use it for didn’t work out. Returned the item.

I've only used this device for the flash drive port and it worked well. Can't wait to use the other ports to upload my pictures
