When I was waterskiing it fell out of the chest strap (after putting it in tight). Thankfully I had attached a floatie to it otherwise it would have been lost

Missing parts

I spent almost an hour on the phone just to get someone to mail me the simple item, however no one knew how to do that and told me to return the item and then buy another. The construction quality appears very cheap, kind of worried it would not securely hold my camera.
