    I got this on sale for $5 for a friend whose Surface case was falling apart. I was a bit skeptical about how well the little kick stand that holds the device in the upright position would work. It's a lot like the fold out kick stand on some picture frames. But my friend loves it and has had no trouble at all with it staying upright as it should. It looks nice and fits his Surface perfectly.

    I bought this the day after I bought my surface 3 and I'm so glad I did. It was relatively inexpensive and it does its job of protecting my surface, especially when I'm using it as a tablet. It gives you a good grip on the device so you don't have to worry about it slipping out of your hands. The case protects it from minor bumps and scratches. Overall I'm satisfied with this item.
